Its the dog days of summer. Whatever that means

Well we have a new addition to the family, Patrick. Bob found him on a gravel pile near our house. He said the mother had left and he was cold. I think he just says these things so I dont feel bad for the mother that he stole it. Although, I did comfort myself in the fact that some of them would probably get eaten anyways if the momma had to look after them all.
